I’m very task driven. I bring a great amount of determination and tenacity to the work that I partake in, especially if it’s for the benefit of the team. I tend to let a strongly worded plan go by the wayside in favor of having my feet on the ground and being prepared for variables to shift as they often do. A quote I heard once is “No inspection ready unit ever passed combat, and no combat ready unit ever passed inspection”, and I try and bring that philosophy into my work. I teach my followers to adapt to ever changing circumstances. (9)

I often struggle with taking the “jump” into leadership positions and am content to defer. I’m also terrible with names and faces which makes meeting new people on teams difficult. (0)
